Valentine's Day Chocolate Bake Off.

All Baker’s Welcome! Follow these entry rules: -All entries must have some chocolate in them: white chocolate is acceptable (despite the protests of purists), but carob is not. -Sign up by e-mail Chris Paal (cpaal@bu.edu) with your name and the name of your entry (for example, Chocolate-Crunched Caramel Tort) by Monday, February 10. Chris will e-mail you your entry number. -The judges will award prizes, including the “Not Just a Passing Glantz” and “Vox Populi” awards. Since this is a serious, double-blind competition, don’t tell your colleagues what you are making. Please bring your entry to the Board Room by 11:30 AM arranged just as you want it presented with the proper utensil for serving it. Please put your name on the bottom of your dish, and the name of your entry and entry number on a small card to put next to the dish. Judging will take place from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Exact timing depends on the stamina of the judges. At 1:00 PM the doors open for competitors to vote for the winner of Vox Populi, to enjoy the entries, and to hear the results.
