Join us for this 45-min activity-based workshop, which is an introduction to mindfulness meditation. You will learn the basics of mindfulness, explore ways that this practice can support your wellbeing and your goals, and try different activities to incorporate mindfulness into your daily life. Led by Student Health Services (SHS) in partnership with AcademyHealth Student Chapter at BU and the Latino Caucus for Public Health at BUSPH, this workshop is tailored to graduate students navigating a heavy workload, looking to improve their work-life balance. Lunch will be provided.
