Information Sessions On-Campus

Admissions hosts a series of on-campus information sessions throughout the school year between August and January.

These events are great opportunities to learn more about the SPH community, our academic offerings, and the application process. Students interested in doctoral programs (DrPH/PhD), are encouraged to schedule an individual visit in lieu of attending an information session.

Information sessions are offered in the evening and weekend times as a slightly more formal overview of programs, resources, and the admissions process. These sessions also have ample time for Q&A.

Friday Visits are a more informal chance to take a tour with a student, speak with an admissions representative, and ask questions about your program of interest. Prospective applicants can also arrange meetings with an academic program manager, sit in on an afternoon class, and/or further explore campus.

Check-in for events held on the SPH campus will take place in the lobby of the Talbot Building, 715 Albany Street, Boston, MA.

On the Road: Graduate School Fairs

Every fall, the SPH Admissions team participates in graduate school fairs locally and across the country.

Virtual Fairs and Chats

SPH participates in a series of online SOPHAS virtual fairs throughout the year. These events offer the opportunity to ask the School’s representatives any questions you have about the program or application process.

SPH Admissions also attends a number of professional group meetings, speaks to undergraduate students at local universities, and participates in professional association panel discussions. If your organization or university is interested in hosting SPH Admissions staff to speak at your next event, please email Admissions and we would be happy to work with you to plan for an Admissions representative to attend.
