I received my Master\u2019s Degree in Social Work with a focus in health and mental health from the Boston College School of Social Work, and spent the majority of my early career specializing in the treatment of eating disorders. My clinical approach is influenced by the principles of Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy, and I believe strongly in bringing humor and authenticity into all my relationships, whether therapeutic, professional, or social. I was a collegiate a cappella geek in a former life, and I still love to sing and discover new music in my free time.
