In my twenties, I took a gap year in the United States, where I studied Mental Health Counseling at the University of Pennsylvania. This experience profoundly influenced my career path, sparking a love for counseling that led me to pursue a second degree in Professional Counseling at UPenn, followed by a PhD in Counseling Psychology at Boston University. My clinical psychology training includes an internship at Cambridge Health Alliance and a postdoctoral fellowship in neuropsychological assessment at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to serve the BU community. I believe in the transformative power of counseling and am committed to creating a safe, supportive space for self-reflection, healing, and growth. With a diverse range of therapeutic modalities—such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and feminist therapy—I take an eclectic approach to treatment, tailoring my support to each student’s unique needs.
