The fast-paced, supportive, yet, high standard environment within SHS and BU Athletics, makes it easy to get excited for the day. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with Boston University student-athletes, coaches, teams, and other providers, with the primary focus to helping student-athletes be at their best. The fundamental approach to my work is understanding and supporting the intersection of the mental health and mental performance of a student-athlete and within a college athletic department.
