After about five years, I realized that while writing was not my passion, I genuinely enjoyed meeting new people and hearing their stories, which ultimately led me to this field. I moved to Boston in 2007 and loved the city immediately. I found my way to Student Health Services in 2016, where I currently oversee our team of evaluation clinicians. These clinicians are often the first providers a student sees when seeking mental health services for the first time. I&#8217;m fortunate that the role allows me to work with a team of skilled, compassionate professionals while also engaging directly with students. My favorite part about my job is what brought me to the field in the first place \u2014 meeting new people and hearing their stories.
