Take a mindful break with SHS\u2019 therapy dogs. Spending time with therapy dogs has been shown to lower stress, boost mood, and promote a sense of calm and connection.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/shs\/mental-health\/outreach-prevention\/paws-and-reset\" class=\"button\">Learn more about Paws &amp; Reset<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Mindfulness Workshop<\/h3>\n<p>This 1-hour activity-based workshop is an introduction to mindfulness meditation. You will learn the basics of mindfulness, explore how to use mindfulness to support your wellbeing and your goals, and try different activities that you can\u00a0 incorporate mindfulness into your life.<\/p>\n<p>Available for groups of 10 or more students, in person or via zoom.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/shs\/presentations-trainings-and-workshops\/\" class=\"button\">Request a Mindfulness Workshop<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Mindful Movement Yoga<\/h3>\n<p>This 45-minute practice combines breathing with gentle, self-paced movement to encourage calmness and increase resilience. This class incorporates trauma-responsive principles and practices.<\/p>\n<p>Available for groups of 10 or more students, in person or via zoom.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/shs\/presentations-trainings-and-workshops\/\" class=\"button\">Request a Mindful Movement Yoga<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>4-Week Series<\/h3>\n<p>These 1-hour sessions are an opportunity to develop a regular mindfulness practice. The videos below will guide you through practices to help manage some of these symptoms of stress.<\/p>\n<p>As you try these practices, check-in with your experience. No single practice is a one-size-fits-all.
