Terriers Connect
Terriers Connect teaches members of the BU community to identify signs of distress, develop skills for communicating with and supporting students, and provide accurate information about mental health resources.

All Ears Peer Listening Program
Whether you’re struggling with homesickness, feeling disconnected, academic pressure, sleep, or other stress, All Ears is a place to talk with another student who gets it – and help you find a way forward.
Wellness Program Kits
Wellness Program Kits are free to BU students, faculty, and staff. They include physical materials and accurate health information to prepare you to host a program about sleep, stress, or alcohol safety.
Wellness Challenge
The Wellness Challenge is an online program to encourage students to incorporate simple self-care practices into their busy lives. Each week, students receive an email with tips and suggestions about how to look after their wellbeing.
LGBTQ&A
LGBTQ&A is a Q&A event where a panel of LGBTQ+ experts from the BU and Boston communities answer students’ anonymous questions about LGBTQ+ wellbeing, social support, romantic relationships, and more.
