Wellness & Prevention
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Wellness & Prevention Services at Boston University. In my role at BU, I encourage physical and emotional wellness around issues involving substances and the university environment. University experiences play a large role in personal and intellectual development; my goal is to help individuals achieve meaningful insight and positive growth. In addition to my clinical work, I am actively involved in the Boston University Collegiate Recovery Program. After receiving a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College, I spent three years at a community health center providing individual and group counseling. During this time, I developed a specialty in treating those with difficulties related to risky substance use. As a lifelong Bostonian, I enjoy taking advantage of New England landscapes by hiking and camping. I am an avid reader of fiction and enjoy spending time with family and friends. I look forward to meeting you and working together!
