I am a clinical social worker with a background in supporting people who have experienced domestic violence and sexual assault. I first became interested in addressing these issues while attending Long Beach State University for my BA in Psychology. I went on to attend Simmons University for my MSW where I specialized in trauma and interpersonal violence. I enjoy empowering clients to make decisions that are best for them while providing support and advocacy. I approach the work with warmth and empathy as well as a strong sense of social justice. I also teach graduate social work courses and in my free time, I enjoy traveling and spending time in nature, especially the ocean!
