Four-Week Mindfulness Series

Learn how to develop a regular mindfulness practice. By attending weekly guided sessions, students will have the chance to practice mindfulness to help manage stress, promote relaxation, increase focus, and connect with other students. Attend the entire series or drop in as you like. No previous experience with meditation is needed. Workshops are free and open to all BU students. Held on Zoom. Link will be emailed after registering. Students must use their BU email address to register.
