Today the program enjoys\u00a0strong support from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/\">Boston University<\/a> and examines art and architecture from religious traditions across time and around the world.<\/p>\n<p>In February of 2020, Dr. Karen King of Harvard Divinity School gave a talk sponsored jointly by the Program in Scripture and the Arts and the Religion Department, entitled, &#8220;What Truth Do Martyrs Tell? Stories of Love and Violence.&#8221; The remaining talks in our 2020 series on &#8220;The Arts of Religion and Violence&#8221; were cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We hope to reschedule those talks in the future.
