Please check with your insurance company to determine if Medical Nutrition Therapy is a covered health benefit. It is ultimately your responsibility to determine if the services you are seeking will be covered. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">You will be responsible for any balance not covered by insurance. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>If SCNC is not a part of your insurance provider network, we will provide an itemized bill that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement consideration. Your insurance company may reimburse you for a portion of the fee.
