GI and Food Allergy/Intolerance Support at Boston University

• Liaise between BU students and BU Dining Services. Advocate for students.
• Assist in training for Dining management and staff regarding medically necessary diets
• Educate other University staff on current recommendations and testing protocols
• Train staff at the GF Stations on campus
• Manage student access for the GF Pantries on campus and train those with access. Provide training for students requesting access into the GF pantry.
• Collect and share student feedback. Troubleshoot concerns to improve the campus GF accommodations.
