The Award recognizes an American Speech-Language-Hearing Association member and NSSLHA chapter advisor who is consistently dedicated to the core values of NSSLHA.<\/p>\n<p>Constantino has been a NSSLHA advisor for eight years, serving as a compassionate mentor for speech, language &amp; hearing sciences students. In this role, she participates in numerous events, fundraisers, and community outreach activities while supporting students&#8217; ideas, vision, and advocacy goals.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cProfessor Constantino is an impeccable mentor to the students of Boston University\u2019s NSSLHA Chapter,\u201d said NSSLHA in a statement. \u201cHer warm and positive energy helps build a deeper sense of community within the chapter, while her guidance motivates chapter leaders to push boundaries.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Director of the <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.bu.edu\/stuttering\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Center for Stuttering Therapy<\/a> at Boston University, Constantino&#8217;s clinical specialties include fluency disorders, counseling, and clinical education and training.
