Visit the central <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/admissions\/transfer\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Boston University Admissions<\/a> office for complete details.<\/p>\n<p>Note that you must apply for admission to BU Sargent College as a transfer student by the following deadlines:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>March 15 for September admission<\/li>\n<li>November 1 for January admission<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Certain programs at Sargent College admit students for September admission only, and some require specific prerequisite coursework to enter at the junior year. More than that minimum may be required for completion for a student\u2019s chosen program of study. &#8220;Boston University credits&#8221; include those earned in Boston University <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/summer\/\">summer courses<\/a> and Boston University <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/abroad\/\">study abroad<\/a> programs. Exceptions to the residency requirement may be granted on a petition basis to the Office of the Provost.
