“Reading difficulty and disabilities: Brain-behavior correlates and response to intervention”

Presented by Joanna Christodoulou, EdD (MGH Institute of Health Professions). Reading disabilities (RD), such as dyslexia, are the most common type of learning disability among school-age children. In this presentation, we will focus on the neurocognitive signature of dyslexia, associations between RD and socioeconomic status, brain-behavior correlates of reading intervention outcomes, and implications for educational and clinical practice.
