Mindful Movement Yoga at BUMC

Take some time to rest and recharge as you approach the end of the semester! Student Health Services' Mindful Movement Yoga is coming to the Med Campus. Participate in a yoga practice that combines breathing with gentle, self-paced movement to encourage calmness and increase resilience when stressed. This class incorporates trauma-responsive principles and practices. No prior yoga experience needed. Free and open to all BU students. Choose from two sessions: 4:00 PM – 4:45 PM or 5:00 PM – 5:45 PM Please register at the link below.
