Four-Week Mindfulness Series

Learn how to develop a regular mindfulness practice. By attending weekly guided meditation sessions, students will have the chance to practice mindfulness to help manage stress, promote relaxation, increase focus, and connect with other students. Attend the entire series, or as many sessions as you like. No previous experience with meditation is needed. Held on Zoom. Free and open to all BU students. Please register with your BU email address to receive the Zoom link.
