IDs and Guests
Remember to bring a valid ID, such as a driver’s license, MA identification, or passport. Also, please have your BU ID when you come. Only members of the BU community are allowed into the pub. Each person with a BU ID is allowed to bring one non-BU person into the BU Pub.
First-time or otherwise infrequent attendees should ensure that a SAGE sticker is attached to the BU ID to confirm SAGE membership for pub nights. To get your SAGE sticker, head to the Graduate Programs Office (GPO). The GPO is located in ERB. Inside the first-floor lobby from the main entrance, take a left through the double doors and head down to the end of the hallway. It’s the last door on your right (Room 114).

Tickets can be purchased for $1 each from the host. You may only buy a maximum of two tickets at a time. If you have a guest present with you in the ticket line, and the host judges it to be reasonable, then you may purchase extra tickets at that time for your guest.
Cost of Drinks
The ticket is worth $5.25, which covers most beers, and includes your tip – you may tip the bartender separately at your discretion. For drinks over $5.25, you will have to pay the difference. Cocktails and premium beers cost within $1 – $3 on top of the ticket. Cocktails can also generally be purchased with two tickets.
Communal platters of free food will be brought out regularly to the tables out front that are reserved for SAGE.
