2018 Ski Trip – Save the Date
It is almost winter and SAGE is preparing for another ski trip in January! As always, skiing is the best way to kick off the 2018 Spring semester! We have had a very successful turnout (~100 skiers/boarders) in past years, with both first timers and veterans attending.
This year, we are heading Sugarloaf Resort in Maine, which features lots of slopes for all skill levels. Surrounded by Maine’s Western Mountains in the heart of the Carrabassett Valley, Sugarloaf offers the only lift-serviced above treeline skiing in the East. Offering 1,230 skier and rider accessible acres and a continuous 2,820ft vertical, Sugarloaf is Maine’s second highest peak. The annual snowfall totals 200 inches and 14 lifts provide access to 161 trails and glades and 3 progressive terrain parks.
