He is currently researching the relationship between desire, body and writing in the poetic work of Spanish and Latin American queer writers of the mid-twentieth century, with special emphasis on their confluences and legacies. His other interests include contemporary auteur cinema, Psychoanalysis, and the poetics of sexual dissidence in Latin America.
