In conversations with student organizations, faculty members, and staff from across BU schools and colleges, Kiloni and Khadija discuss how these individuals and groups engage in social justice work within their departments, labs, programs, and colleges. The episode\u2019s conversations seek to guide listeners to resources that will enable them to create and sustain a daily, intentional effort to challenge inequity in their communities and build a more inclusive BU.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Khadija El Karfi tells us about her experience co-hosting Vitamin PhD:<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 40px;\">&#8220;I had a wonderful experience hosting the fourth Season of the Vitamin PhD podcast with my co-host Kiloni Quiles-Franco. In our conversations with student organizations, faculty members, and staff from across BU, we discussed how individuals and larger groups could intentionally and consistently engage in social justice work.
