Our office leases, manages, and maintains residential apartments, a limited number of parking spaces, and commercial property owned by Boston University. Residential apartments are leased faculty, and staff only. Parking spaces are leased to RE tenants only.
Our inventory of residential apartments is extensive and diverse. We offer studios, one-bedrooms, two bedrooms, and a very limited number of three-bedroom apartments. Please note apartment availability is not guaranteed at any time. Most apartments are required to be viewed in advance of leasing by the prospective tenant or by a representative of the prospective tenant.
