BU will <strong>substitute a Monday schedule on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 in OUR classrooms.<\/strong> All of the classes and events booked on Monday, October 12, 2026 will shift to Tuesday, October 13, 2026. Refer to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/reg\/calendars\/\">official academic calendar<\/a> for other substitution days this year.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/reservations\/files\/2023\/02\/arrows-subsitution.jpg\" alt=\"Graphic of two arrows pointed in opposite directions\" width=\"225\" height=\"167\" class=\"wp-image-1397 aligncenter\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/reservations\/files\/2023\/02\/arrows-subsitution.jpg 675w, https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/reservations\/files\/2023\/02\/arrows-subsitution-636x471.jpg 636w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>What does this mean for my event?<\/h2>\n<h3>For Events in an OUR Classroom<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>If you want to hold an event on Monday, October 12 in an OUR classroom, make your request for Tuesday, October 13 in 25Live.<\/li>\n<li>If you want to hold an event on Tuesday, October 13 in an OUR classroom, make your request for Monday, October 12 in 25Live.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Already scheduled your event in 25Live?<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>If you have an event scheduled in 25Live on Monday, October 12 <strong>in an OUR classroom<\/strong>, your event will actually take place on Tuesday, October 13 in your assigned space.<\/li>\n<li>If you have an event scheduled in 25Live on Tuesday, October 13 <strong>in an OUR classroom<\/strong>, your event will actually take place on Monday, October 12 in your assigned space. This applies only to meetings &amp; events; academic classes will not take place on Indigenous Peoples&#8217; Day on October 12.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">Remember that the only classroom building open on the holiday is CAS.<\/p>\n<h3>For Events in <em>Events &amp; Conferences<\/em> Spaces<\/h3>\n<p>If you have an event scheduled in 25Live on Monday, October 12, or Tuesday, October 13 <strong>in an E&amp;C space, your event will actually take place on the date listed in 25Live;<\/strong> E&amp;C spaces do not follow sub-day scheduling.<\/p>\n<h3>For Events in Other Spaces<\/h3>\n<p>For all other spaces, please contact the appropriate space owner to see how the substitute Monday schedule may affect your reservation.<\/p>\n<h2>What should you do?<\/h2>\n<p>Please look over your 25Live reservation and event confirmation to ensure that your event is happening as planned.
