Learn how to check for the 15 minutes before and after your event times when submitting a request, why this time is necessary, and when it does and doesn\u2019t apply.<\/li>\n<li>Have you ever tried to request a location only to find out the location or building is closed for the date and time you need? Most of the time, you can still use the location if you are willing to pay to open the location.
