Event Coordination<\/h3>\n

Our dedicated event specialists can assist in planning and executing your complex or large-scale event or conference. The process begins by having an in-depth conversation about your support needs. We can then prepare a proposal that will include an estimate for event coordination services. Our team can assist in being a liaison to campus service providers during the planning and execution for detailed, efficient communication of your conference or event needs.<\/p>\n

Summer Conferences and Housing<\/h3>\n

During the summer, our department coordinates the usage of BU dormitories for groups from adult conferences to youth camps. If you are looking to utilize dorms and\/or host a conference in the summer, fill out our inquiry form to provide us with more information about your program needs.<\/p>\n

Registration Services<\/h3>\n

We offer online event registration which can be booked with or without our full event coordination services. Our tech-savvy and client-focused staff can develop a sleek and effective registration site, facilitate secure payments, provide skilled customer service support, and ensure smooth sailing for all.
