Our office coordinates major events at BU, from matriculation to commencement, works with non-BU clients to host events on campus, manages summer conference housing, operates the Tsai Performance Center, and provides services for event coordination, registration, and room reservations.<\/p>\n

\"\"Our reservations platform is 25Live. You\u2019ll use 25Live to search for locations, see availability in real time, and submit a request to reserve a location. Our team reviews requests daily and responds within two business days.<\/p>\n

To use 25Live, you\u2019ll need to request access to the platform. Make an initial login to 25Live<\/a> using your personal BU login and then email roomres@bu.edu<\/a> asking to be granted access.<\/p>\n
