This list points departments in the right direction to find out if a specific location is available to host your event or program. (Student orgs should review <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/reservations\/guidelines\/student-organizations\/\">this page<\/a>.) Giving as much information as you can upfront will help them understand your request better.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Agganis Arena<\/strong>: For the Arena, Burke Club Room, and Friends Lounge, contact Spenser Dalby, <a href=\"mailto:sdalby@bu.edu\">sdalby@bu.edu<\/a>, 617-358-7000.
