Our event diagram service provides you with an event setup diagram (to scale) that you can provide to campus service providers. Our service provides up to three diagrams per event free of charge: the initial diagram, a first revision, and a second\/final revision. Additional diagrams (per group of three per event) will have a fee of $100 payable with an ISR to Events & Conferences. The diagram service is currently limited to the locations in the drop-down list in the form below.<\/p>\n

Filling out this form does not constitute a reservation of an event location. You must make all location requests directly in 25Live<\/a> and should already have a location reserved prior to requesting a diagram.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Requests must be made more than two weeks in advance of the event date, with our preferred lead time being three to four weeks (or more). <\/strong>If your event date is less than two weeks away, we are unable to provide a diagram for your event.<\/p>\n

Remember, the more information you provide, the faster we can get started on your event diagram.\u00a0Our staff will review your request and contact you within two business days to discuss your request further.<\/p>\n
