On the Charles River Campus
For emergency medical assistance, contact the BUPD at 617-353-2121.
For non-emergency medical attention, go to the Occupational Health Center at 930 Commonwealth Ave. Monday – Friday, 9 – 5 or Student Health Center at 881 Commonwealth Ave. 24 hours. Contact Environmental Health & Safety at 617-353-7233.
In the event of an injury to a University employee, the Laboratory Supervisor/Principal Investigator should complete a Worker’s Compensation accident report and forward it to the Risk Management office. The appropriate form can be found under the Worker’s Compensation section.
In the event of an injury to a student or visitor, the Laboratory Supervisor/Principal Investigator should complete an incident report detailing the incident and injuries. The appropriate form can be found under the Personal Liability Accidents section.
On the Medical Campus

For non-emergency medical attention, go to the Department of Occupational & Environmental Medicine on F-5 Monday through Friday, 7:30 am – 4 pm.
