New Student SARF is fillable PDF

PAFO announces a new enhancement to the Student Salary Distribution Adjustment Request Form (“Student SARF”) found here. Effective January 3, 2019, the Student SARF has been converted from the previous Excel version to a fillable PDF form. In addition, the PAR period dates portion of the form has been removed. These enhancements will both improve the user experience and reduce processing time. If you have any questions, please contact your PAFO Research Administrator.
