{"id":57915,"date":"2025-06-26T16:45:51","date_gmt":"2025-06-26T20:45:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/research\/?p=57915"},"modified":"2026-09-01T14:54:49","modified_gmt":"2026-09-01T18:54:49","slug":"proposal-summary-form-psf-updates","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/research\/2025\/06\/26\/proposal-summary-form-psf-updates\/","title":{"rendered":"Proposal Summary Form (PSF) Updates"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sponsored Programs has released an updated <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/research\/forms-policies\/bubmc-proposal-summary-form-psf\/\">Proposal Summary Form (PSF)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Summary of Changes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Addition of a Voluntary Uncommitted Cost Share type field to be used for <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">CRC NIH training\/fellowship grants onl<\/span>y.<\/li>\n<li>Language surrounding specialized IT requirements has been updated under the Other section.\n<ul>\n<li>This includes updating the email addresses to be used for both CRC and MED.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Certification Language has been updated to add the CITI Research Security training requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Addition of a third PI\/PD Signature box to better accommodate multiple PI projects.<\/li>\n<li>Addition of a third Department Chair signature box.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Going forward, please use the new PSF for your proposals.
