You must first enable a<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/tech\/about\/policies\/google-create\/\">BU Google Apps account<\/a><span>\u00a0<\/span>to access this spreadsheet. You can also submit a project to the tracker using our<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/research\/information-for\/tools-resources\/research-recovery-toolkit\/mobilizing-bu-research-related-to-covid-19\/\">COVID-19 research mobilization form<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Datasets &amp; Publications<\/h2>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bmc.org\/research\/covid-biorepository\">COVID-19 Biorepository<\/a> <span>is an institutional resource available to Boston Medical Center (BMC) and BU researchers interested in biologic samples collected from BMC patients to support innovative science on the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Find a list of\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bmc.org\/research\/covid-biorepository\/samples\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">samples available<\/a><span>\u00a0on the Biorepository website.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20200520014103\/http:\/\/covidcp.org\/\">COVID-19 Collaboration Platform<\/a>\u00a0is\u00a0a website publicizing protocols that are open to collaboration so that researchers from different institutions can create multi-site protocols, add new sites to existing protocols and share de-identified data with other sites that are conducting similar studies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.semanticscholar.org\/cord19\">COVID-19 Open Research Dataset (CORD-19)<\/a>\u00a0is a free resource of over 51,000 scholarly articles, including over 40,000 with full text, about COVID-19 and the coronavirus family of viruses for use by the global research community.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/icite.od.nih.gov\/covid19\/search\/\"><i>iSearch<\/i><\/a><span><a href=\"https:\/\/icite.od.nih.gov\/covid19\/search\/\">\u00a0COVID-19 portfolio<\/a>\u00a0is NIH\u2019s comprehensive, curated source for publications related to COVID-19. This portfolio includes articles from PubMed and pre-prints from arXiv, medRxiv, bioRxiv, and ChemRxiv. The portfolio is updated daily with the latest available data.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Infrastructure<\/h2>\n<p><span>The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/research\/2020\/04\/07\/no-cost-access-to-high-performance-computing-resources-to-accelerate-covid-19-research\/\">Massachusetts Green High Performance Computing Center<\/a>\u00a0is providing its state of the art infrastructure for computationally intensive research\u00a0at no cost for use in projects that could accelerate resolution of the COVID-19 crisis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginkgo.bio\/\">Ginkgo Bioworks<\/a><span>\u00a0<\/span>has committed $25M of free access to\u00a0<span>foundry work towards projects that can use Ginkgo\u2019s platform to accelerate development of point of care diagnostics, vaccines, or therapeutics for COVID-19.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A running list of resources, datasets, and infrastructure that support COVID-19 related research.
