Two major changes impact applications submitted for due dates on or after January 25, 2018.<\/p>\n

1) Applicants are required to use FORMS-E. Wondering what this means for late applications or reviewers submitting under the continuous submission policies? If your due date is\u2026<\/strong><\/td>\nYou must use\u2026<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
On or before January 24, 2018, including:<\/p>\nFORMS-D application package<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
On or after January 25, 2018, including:<\/p>\n
    \n
  • Applications submitted for due dates on or after January 25, 2018<\/li>\n
  • All application types (New, Resubmission, Renewal, Revision)<\/li>\n
  • Applications submitted early for intended dues dates on or after January 25, 2018<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n
