Diplomas\/<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/reg\/graduation\/certified-electronic-diploma-ced\/\">CeCredentials<\/a> will be ordered <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">automatically<\/span> after the official degree conferral date once you have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>official<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>graduation status<\/li>\n<li>Provided a diploma name, mailing address, and phone number.\u00a0 <strong>You will be assigned a task to provide your diploma information and we will communicate with you via email when the task is available for completion.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Settled all University financial obligations and have no University holds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>The date your diploma\/CeCredential is automatically ordered depends on when you have fulfilled these requirements.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong>Anyone who has not provided the required diploma information and\/or resolved the hold can do so by:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Logging into the<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/student.bu.edu\/MyBU\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">MyBU Student Portal<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Navigate to: My Profile &gt; Contact Info &gt; Diploma Mailing Address.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Edit or Add your diploma information including: Diploma Name, Diploma Address, and Diploma Phone number<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If it is AFTER the final scheduled order date, please\u00a0email <a href=\"mailto:diploma@bu.edu\">diploma@bu.edu<\/a> to request the release of their diploma\/<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/reg\/graduation\/certified-electronic-diploma-ced\/\">CeCredential.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>All diplomas are mailed via USPS by our diploma vendor. Diploma production takes 10-15 business days. The estimated time of arrival is 3-4 weeks for domestic addresses, and 5-8 weeks for international addresses.<\/p>\n<p>You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your diploma has shipped via USPS and when your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/reg\/graduation\/certified-electronic-diploma-ced\/\">CeCredential<\/a> is available for download.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">August\u00a0 25, 2025 Order\/Mailing Schedule* <em>(*ALL DATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE)<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Diplomas\/CeCredentials will automatically be ordered on a rolling basis until October 10th. If you do not receive a confirmation email by October 10th, 2025, please contact <a href=\"mailto:diploma@bu.edu\">diploma@bu.edu<\/a>. <strong>Please allow our office until <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">October 10th, 2025<\/span>\u00a0before sending inquiries regarding your diploma status.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>*<em>Additional orders will be placed as needed.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">January 16, 2026 Diploma Order\/Mailing Schedule <em>(*ALL DATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE)<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Diplomas\/CeCredentials will automatically be ordered until April 30, 2026. If you do not receive a confirmation email by April 30, 2026, please contact <a href=\"mailto:diploma@bu.edu\">diploma@bu.edu<\/a>. <strong>Please allow our office until <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">April 30, 2026<\/span> before sending inquiries regarding your diploma status.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>*<em>Additional orders will be placed as needed.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">May 17, 2026 Order\/Mailing Schedule<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Diplomas\/CeCredentials will automatically be ordered until July 17th, 2026.
