I am a BU alumni, can I order a CeCredential?<\/h4>

\nOnly those who have graduated as of January 25, 2020 will be able to purchase\/download a CeDiploma\/CeCertificate. If you’d like to request your Degree Certification, please email diploma@bu.edu. If you’d like to purchase a replacement diploma, please click here<\/a>.

I am a prospective graduate, when will my CeCredential be available for download?<\/h4>

\nPlease review our diploma order\/mailing cycle<\/a>. Your CeCredential will only be ordered if you have an official graduation status, provided a diploma mailing address, and have no University holds. For May graduates your CeCredential will be available 4-6 weeks after the official degree conferral date. For January\/September graduates your diploma and CeCredential will follow the\u00a0diploma order\/mailing cycle.<\/a>

I have a hold on my account, when can I receive my CeCredential?<\/h4>

\nDegree documents will not be distributed to graduates with account holds. If you’re a May graduate and your account hold has been lifted after our mail date then you’ll need to email diploma@bu.edu to release your paper diploma\/CeCredential. If you’re a January\/September graduate and your account hold has been lifted during our diploma order\/mailing cycle<\/a>, then your diploma and CeCredential will be ordered on the following order date. If your hold has been lifted after our diploma order\/mailing operation has ended, you will need to email diploma@bu.edu to release your paper diploma and your CeCredential.

When is the deadline to download my CeCredential?<\/h4>

\nThere is no deadline as to when you must download your CeCredential. Although that is the case, if you believe you might want to purchase it at a later date we highly recommend clicking Register\/Download<\/a>, signing in with your BU ID and Password, and then Registering for a free account on their CeCredential Trust website. That way if you lose access to your BU ID\/Password, you will be able to log in from their website to download your CeCredential at any time instead of having to do a BU sign in from the Register\/Download link on our website.

Can I print my CeCredential as an official photocopy of my diploma?<\/h4>

\nA CeCredential cannot be printed for security purposes. It is expected that the digital PDF will be used for verification, thus eliminating the need to distribute a paper version of your diploma.
