Commencement:<\/span>\u00a0the congratulatory ceremony in which students are publicly and formally recognized.\u202f<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Graduation<\/span>: the process of being awarded a degree after completing\u00a0required\u00a0credit hours and other degree requirements.\u202f<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/u>How do I update MyBU for my diploma Name and\/or address?<\/h4>

Students can update the name that is displayed on their diploma, mailing\u00a0address, and phone\u00a0number\u00a0right\u00a0up\u00a0until\u00a0the date of graduation.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Log into the<\/span>\u00a0MyBU\u00a0Student Portal<\/span><\/a>\u202f\u202f<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Navigate to: My Profile > Contact Info > Diploma Mailing Address. Edit, Add, or confirm your diploma information including Diploma Name, Diploma Address, and Diploma Phone number\u202f<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
