Students will be prompted to check the email address associated with their Parchment account and enter the authentication code provided. Each code is valid for one session only, and users will be asked to complete multi-factor authentication in future sessions.<\/p>\n Why this matters: <\/strong><\/p>\n This extra step significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access to your academic records. By confirming your identity at login, we make sure only you can view, request, or share your credentials. If a student does not receive the authentication email, they should first check their spam or junk folder, add Parchment to their safe senders list, and confirm that the email address on their account is current and accessible.<\/p>\n Students who cannot complete the email verification step will not be able to access their Parchment account.
