Gaining access to 25Live<\/strong> is a multi-stage and role-dependent process. Majority of users will find their needs addressed with 25Live’s event requesting role, allowing visibility to campus space availability and the ability to create events requesting use of these spaces. Some users will be Space Owners, authorized to approve the use of spaces. Lastly, Academic Schedulers may assign academic courses to their proprietary spaces to assist in course planning and management.<\/p>\n

Please review the steps below in order to review training and access materials appropriate for your business need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

GENERAL EVENT REQUESTING ACCESS<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

Create events and request the use of spaces on campus<\/em><\/td>\n

In-Person Training:\u00a0<\/strong>No in-person training required<\/em><\/p>\n

Access:<\/strong> Once the above components are completed, please log-in to\u00a025Live<\/a> to\u00a0create a user record and complete the Access Request Form below. Faculty, staff, and student employee access will be reviewed by the Office of the University Registrar’s Schedules Department. Student organization leader access will be reviewed by the Events & Conference’s Reservations Department.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
