Our commercial properties support the day-to-day life of the Charles River and Medical Campuses by cultivating a dynamic mix of businesses that serve students, employees, and neighbors.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond BU\u2019s owned assets, we enable the University\u2019s local and global impact through strategic leasing in key locations. We manage acquisitions, dispositions, and real estate gifts with a focus on long-term value and alignment with BU\u2019s goals.
