In most cases, heat and hot water are included in the rent.\u00a0 Please note that the majority of our apartments are wired for cable and internet.\u00a0 Before signing any lease, be sure to inquire what utilities are included in the rent, and which are the tenant\u2019s responsibility.<\/p>\n

Please note that BU Wi-Fi is not available in all of our buildings. Please see the Boston University Information Systems and Technology coverage map<\/a>.<\/p>\n

It is your responsibility to terminate your utilities prior to vacating the apartment. Please note again that the utilities that you are responsible for vary by building.
