Completed in June of 2012, the $33 million Medical Student Residence at 815 Albany Street is a state-of-the-art, nine-story graduate student residence on the Boston University Medical Campus built primarily to serve the needs of first-year medical students. The property contains 104, two-bedroom suites for 208 medical students. Each suite will contain a full bath and kitchenette. Designed and constructed with appointments that reflect the unique living needs of medical students, all bedrooms and kitchens include furnishings, appliances, and high speed tel-data capability.

Suites will be available for a minimum of an eleven months and fifteen days period and will be shared by two individuals of the same gender.

Residents may also enjoy the use of a student lounge area on the ground floor and adjacent kitchen as well as a fitness room with cardio equipment on the property.
