It is prepared under the auspices of the Graduate Program in Banking &amp; Financial Law of the Boston University School of Law. Edited by law students, the Review publishes articles written by professors, attorneys and other professionals, as well as student notes and comments. The scope of the Review is broad, covering topics such as banking, securities, financial services, administrative, and general corporate law issues.
