The Politics of Financial Regulation

For a second consecutive year, the Review of Banking and Financial Law (RBFL), in partnership with the Brookings Institution (Brookings), hosted a symposium, The Politics of Financial Regulation.  The event was held at Boston University on February 2nd, 2024. Approximately 40 people attended in person and we had over 500 virtual registrants. Sheila Bair, former Chair of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), participated in a keynote fireside chat.
