Post holds the John F. Smith, Jr. Professorship in Management.  He is a member of the Business Policy &amp; Law Department and teaches courses in strategic management, professional ethics and responsibility, and corporate governance.   He is the author or co-author of many books, including &#8220;Redefining the Corporation,&#8221; with L. Preston and S.
