I am also a digital fellow at the MIT Initiative on the Digital Economy and a faculty fellow in BU&#8217;s Digital Business Institute. My research is primarily focused on artificial intelligence in labor markets and the design of online platforms and I have published in journals such as Management Science, Journal of Public Economics, and AEJ: Economic Policy. <\/p>\n<p>I am the Principal Investigator of the Human-AI Interaction in Recruiting &amp; Employment (HIRE) Lab where we use large-scale platform data and randomized experiments in the lab and field to understand search and matching in the digital age.<\/p>\n<p>I received my PhD from MIT Sloan in 2024.
