Victoria Thanoukos-Milson did a tremendous amount of research on MBA programs before applyting. Questrom stood out immediately, not just because of its reputation, but because of how the OMBA program was intentionally designed for working leaders with a global perspective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe global footprint was a major decision point for me,\u201d Victoria says. \u201cI wanted exposure to how different cultures think about leadership, economics, technology, and organizational behavior. As a seasoned luxury marketing leader with over 15 years of experience, Victoria had an ambitious goal\u2014to grow into a senior executive role and eventually up to the C-Suite. To accomplish this she knew she needed to build her confidence, strengthen her strategic decision-making, deepen her financial and economic fluency, and refine how she operates at an organizational level. The OMBA program is already helping her achieve these goals, while also making a noticeable impact on her current job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEvery module gave me frameworks, language, and clarity that I immediately applied at work,\u201d she says. \u201cI\u2019m seeing a tangible shift in how I analyze problems, communicate decisions, and guide my team. As for her overall OMBA experience, Victoria says it was the community that surprised her the most, in the best possible way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cYou expect a strong program, but you don\u2019t always expect to feel genuinely connected in an online format. OMBA exceeded that. The level of support, kindness, and engagement from my peers and faculty members was rare. I\u2019ve built friendships across industries and countries, and the collaborative energy was unlike anything I expected from a virtual environment,\u201d says Victoria, who regularly connects with classmates and alumni who are generous, supportive, and genuinely invested in her success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
