With a decade of experience in the fashion and luxury industry, Isabela has a 360-degree view of the sector, having worked across various stages of the fashion value chain – from collection development and product management at Istituto Marangoni, to shaping merchandising strategies at Versace, running retail pop-ups for luxury giants at Arlettie and exploring retail tech SaaS platforms at Nextail – she brings a holistic perspective on how strategic decisions translate into real time sales performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Currently based in Paris, she serves as the founder and strategic consultant at STUDIO 32, where she works with world-renowned brands in developing innovative, customer-centric strategies that drive sustainable growth and operational excellence in retail, while also advising brands on market expansion across Europe and Brazil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Isabela holds a BSBA from BU\u2019s Questrom School of Business and a Masters Diploma in Fashion Product Management from Institute Marangoni in Milan. Originally from Brazil, she has lived in key fashion capitals such as New York, Milan, London, Madrid, Lisbon and now Paris, blending a global perspective with deep local insights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her approach is pragmatic and results-driven, while always acting with empathy and compassion, working towards fostering meaningful connections, inspire collaborations and contribute to a more thoughtful purpose-driven industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
